Officers Bio

President— David Caglel David and his wife Peggy moved to Wilburton 25 years ago. Before moving here, they both lived in Seattle which is where they originally met. David moved to Seattle after graduating from The Ohio State University with a BSEE. Since moving to PNW, he has worked for many different local tech firms as an electronics engineer. After 35+ years in engineering, he decided to try something different and is in the process of obtaining a teaching certificate so he can teach high school math. David enjoys outdoor activities but his knees & hips only allow hiking and biking now. David & Peggy love our neighbors and neighborhood; you can often find them walking theirC dog Peyton in our local parks.

Vice-President— LeeAnn Guidotti LeeAnn has lived in Wilburton since 1998 with her husband, Tony. They have two teenagers and two puppies. LeeAnn and Tony work together as real estate agents with Windermere Real Estate. She has been a volunteer with the WCA for several years and have helped with organizing the annual picnic. LeeAnn loves the Wilburton community and appreciate the opportunity to help make it a great neighborhood!

Treasurer— Jim Duong
A Wilburton resident since 2009, Jim can be sighted walking through the various Wilburton trails with his Wife and son. Jim and his family take full advantage of our PNW summers and are often outdoors for activities like hiking, swimming and biking and pickleball. Jim works with local Enterprise Organizations providing Technology Advisory, Products & Services. Jim has been our WCA Treasurer since 2016 and Webmaster since 2020.
